HNI Corporation seeks an Advanced Maintenance Technician & Skilled Trades Specialist to keep our high-volume manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. In this role, you’ll perform complex troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems supporting office furniture and hearth product production. You will read blueprints and schematics, diagnose root causes of downtime, and implement lasting fixes while partnering closely with production, engineering, and safety teams. You’ll champion continuous improvement, document work in our CMMS, support equipment upgrades, and help train junior technicians.
