LPN or Medical Assistant

MD Beauty Labs is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant to join our growing medical aesthetics team.

You will work alongside our physician, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and aesthetic providers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where precision, professionalism, and the patient experience come first.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and prepare patients for consultations, procedures, and aesthetic treatments
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, medications, allergies, and other required clinical information
• Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms, clinical supplies, equipment, and aesthetic devices
• Maintain clean, sterile, organized, and patient-ready treatment environments
• Assist with clinical photography and accurate before-and-after documentation
• Confirm that required consents, medical forms, and treatment documentation are completed
• Review pre- and post-treatment instructions under the direction of the treating provider
• Assist with specimen collection and venipuncture
• Support aesthetic procedures and treatments within the employee’s permitted scope of practice
• Assist with IV therapy and IV-related responsibilities as permitted by credentials, training, supervision, and applicable scope of practice
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough patient records
• Document treatment products, lot numbers, expiration dates, and other required clinical details
• Monitor clinical inventory and assist with product counts, ordering, receiving, and stock organization
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and devices according to practice protocols
• Assist with patient follow-up and post-treatment communication
• Consistently uphold HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and patient-safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN license or recognized Medical Assistant credential, as applicable
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical and patient-service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Accurate and timely documentation habits
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy medical practice
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Comfort using electronic medical-record and practice-management systems

Our Ideal Candidate

You may be an especially strong fit if you have:

• Two or more years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or a related clinical setting
• IV therapy experience
• Experience supporting aesthetic devices, procedures, or treatments
• Experience with clinical photography and before-and-after documentation
• Experience managing medical supplies and clinical inventory
• A warm, professional, and patient-focused approach
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
