HNI Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Skilled Trades Specialist for 1st and 2nd Shift to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, mechanical systems, and facility infrastructure to maximize uptime and ensure a safe, reliable workplace. You’ll diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, interpret blueprints and schematics, and document work in a CMMS. Working in a collaborative, safety-focused culture, you’ll partner with production teams to drive continuous improvement, support capital projects, and contribute to HNI’s reputation for quality and operational excellence.
